Healthy Beginnings
At Healthy Beginnings our activities include:
- Playing together
- Song and story time
- Craft time
- Healthy snack time
- Guest speakers
Groups are offered in Kamloops, Chase, Barriere, Cache Creek, Ashcroft, and Merritt.
Who Is Eligible?
Parents & caregivers and their children aged 0 to 6 years are eligible.
How to Refer
Healthy Beginnings is an open drop-in group. No referral is needed.
