Crestline is an ICS Supported Housing resource designed to support up to two adults with diverse needs. The mission of this resource is to promote the quality of life through enhancing social and community connections and to maximize overall health, including medication administration for residents.
- Currently, there is one resident who requires one to one support living in the home.
- The home provides one to one staff support 24 hours a day in three eight hour shifts.
- Referrals are made through Community Living BC.
