Youth Street Outreach

Individual youth assisted by the Youth Street Outreach program include street-entrenched youth, transient youth, youth from foster family settings and other care facilities, and youth aging out of care.

The Youth Street Outreach program provides:

  • Outreach services to homeless and at risk youth, supoporting them to address basic needs such as shelter and food.
  • Additional services include referrals to treatment or health services, housing retention, crisis intervention, employment readiness and, community partnerships.
