- Home safety
- Healthy routines
- Connections in the community
Who Is Eligible?
- Pregnant – 32 weeks gestation or parenting an infant under 6-months of age.
- First time parenting experience.
- One or more risk factors: Low income, social isolation, mild to moderate mental health concerns or lack of supports.
How to Refer
Anyone can be referred to the program using the Families First Referral Form.
